As a result of the Gambling Act 2005, from the 1st September 2007 pay-to-play fantasy games will be formally recognised as a form of gambling. News International takes this matter very seriously and has worked closely with the Gambling Commission to ensure we fully comply with our obligations to protect our members and ensure the Times Fantasy Football competition is compliant.

1. Under-age Entrants

Times Fantasy Football is only open to entrants aged 18 or over at time of registration and it is illegal for anyone under 18 to play Times Fantasy Football. If anyone under the age of 18 is found to have entered the game their account will be closed with immediate effect. All winnings will be forfeited.

2. Responsible Play
